We provide this service for owners and building managers when seeking an updated layout of their building. The drawings are always made to scale. In addition, we carry out this work at the computer with CAD software in its entirety on the site during the sampling.
The fire safety plan, called FSP, is an invaluable tool of prevention measures for emergencies. This document allows us to understand the involvement of all elements necessary for the prevention, mobility of occupants and extinguishing a fire. It helps us to establish in advance the organization and interventions used in disaster. As always happens quickly and suddenly we must be prepared early, and we can arrange in a fire. As these events occur rarely, it becomes inevitable to repeat the exercise evacuation and prevention regularly in order not to lose its effectiveness. A safety plan is a living plan for prevention.
Worth more to prevent than to perish.
The installation plan for the fire safety system consists of a building plan with the placement of all security components, changes in structure to the resistance against fire, the design of the single-wire communication, detection, signaling and outlets, the technical specifications, system configuration, the design of circuits to control panels and fire alarm amplifier systems for voice and the design auxiliary circuit modules.
The evacuation plan consists of several posters installed in a building close to the exit in order to provide the occupants the procedure to follow during a fire. Each poster consists of the floor plan to scale and position of components of security, from the way to and from the indication of "You're here.". In addition, we respect the orientation of the building in connection with the positioning of "You're here.". Each item of security is represented by a significant symbol. All drawings are color prints on different laminating media.
Equipped with a VU meters, testing the sound level is to make a sampling of the sound from various sources such as bells, speakers and horns, all linked to a fire alarm system. While respecting the standard that requires 75db, the objective is to determine the positioning of these signal sources and verify an existing system.
